Liquor Licensing

Liquor Licenses are issued July 1 each year. They expire June 30th of the following year. They must be renewed annually.

Town of Sparta requires a license to sell soda and cigarettes.

Operators are required to provide copy of driver's license and certificat of Server Training and will be required to complete a background check.
