Planning & Zoning
The Town of Sparta Planning Commission will meet Monday, April 20, 2026 at 6:00 pm at the Sparta Town Hall. To be addressed: Richard Eddy requesting approval of Certified Survey Map on County Hwy B; Chad Brockman/Cloud 1 LLC requesting a Conditional Use Permit to construct a 275 foot cell tower on Icebox Road; McAvoy Family Trust requesting a land division on State Hwy 16 dividing 20 ac parcel into 2 parcels; Michael Wegner requesting approval of Certified Survey Map on Gaslight Ave: additional agenda items may be posted at the townhall. If you are planning a land division under 20 acres or want to start a small business which would require a conditional use permit or a zoning change, contact the Town Clerk to determine whether it may need planning commission review.
